Hi Helen

I think Nic Seal (who wrote the book) does mention that you can eat the shoots as a salad crop.  I know he was also interested in using the woodier parts as some form of laminate flooring, but cant remember if that&#039;s in the book or not.  Great idea to use it to make tea!
